ts/site-menu.ts: Incorrect behaviour when site is renamed

I noticed that when renaming a site and then selecting the old site name on a tab that was already open results in the page being reloaded but the site not changing except for the site menu.

Steps to produce error:

• Had the Wagonga camera device page open.
• On another tab I changed to the KI site and renamed the site.
• Back on the wagonga device tab, I selected the old KI site name from the site menu
• The wagonga camera device page loaded again but with the site menu showing the new KI site name (after briefly showing the old name) and the Site label showing the old KI site name.

This is incorrect behaviour. The site menu should reload the page with the site key selected and the Site label on the devices page should probably be removed since the site menu shows the correct new site name.
