settings/devices: Radio buttons don't show for some variables

For ‘logging’ and ‘Output’ variables for a speaker device the device page should show radio buttons. Instead there is a text field which is a manual error prone proccess. We should figure out why this is happening.

This should be set using vidgrind constants instead of devices reporting vartypes. If there are device types that use the same variable in different ways this should be highlighted using the device type.
