play: If there is no query, h264 will be assumed

On the play page, if no out parameter is specified in the query (or no query at all), then when a URL is given in the URL field, it will be assumed that the URL points to a m3u containing h264 and the hlsjs player will load.

I think we should have a way of choosing which player to load. Maybe a radio button to select what codec the m3u will contain.
