audio-player: HLS streaming

We want to be able to stream audio from VidGrind and listen/observe in near real time.

Areas of research:

• Using HTML5 player’s HLS capabilities to stream audio.
• Using web audio to stream PCM.
• Integrating audio-player in our existing VidGrind HLS player for video.
