device page: variables values don't update

On the device page, the device’s variables don’t always show the correct options for selectable values. This happens after a netsender is run on a device with one set of options and then a netsender is run on the same device with a different set of options. Vidgrind doesn’t seem to detect the change.

For example, running rv will make vidgrind show that Normal, Paused, Loop are options for the variable 'mode' but then if we run treatment, options for mode are still Normal, Loop and Paused, not the correct options for treatment ie. Check, Play, Paused.

@Trek Hopton this seems to be fixed if an update for a device is performed; this might be adequate ?

@Saxon Milton Yeah I think that is an okay solution for now. Perhaps we can just do that since it isn’t a very common use case.
