matiec version support

Add information used matiec version to beremiz xml schema, this would allow to change compiler behavior and notify user about changes or just use several matiec versions at the same installation.

For example, this would help with changing REAL_TO_DWORD behavior (discussed here) or changing size of DT so it's consistent across platforms (discussed here)
