Cursor jumpes to the top of the page when marking content within the Numbered Headings macro

Issue #13 resolved
Julia Brugger created an issue

Hello Support-Team,

sometimes we have the following use case: Employees want to copy for example a headline and a table, which are within the Numbered Headings macro. Therefore they have to mark this content, first.

This is very difficult because when they try to mark a table or a table with a headline, the can´t do this, because the cursor jumps to the top of the page while marking some text.

We are using Numbered Headings version 2.1.0

I would be very glad if you could help me with this issue,

kind regards,

Julia

We are able to reproduce it, but it seems it also occurs with other macro's that contain bodies (for example the 'panel' macro). Can you see if you can reproduce the bug on your side with the 'panel' macro?

Looks like a bug in the Confluence editor, unfortunately this means we cannot do anything about it. I would advise you to contact Atlassian (they can tell you if it has been resolved in a newer version, or if it is a known bug they are working on).

I'll close this issue for now, if you have any other issues don't hesitate to create an issue!
