Prefix for numbered header

Issue #86 resolved

Would it be possible to add a prefix to the generated number.

Today we have a structure like 1, 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.2, etc.

What I would like to do is add a prefix, so that the output becomes: {prefix}1, {prefix}1.1, {prefix}1.1.1, {prefix}1.2, etc.

The prefix is different from each page.

Yes, this is certainly possible. When editing the macro, you will have to select the 'Custom' Number format. This will display 6 more text fields where you can customise the each headings rendering. Add the following:

    • h1 format: Chapter [h1.decimal]
    • h2 format: Chapter [h1.decimal].[h2.decimal]
    • h3 format: Chapter [h1.decimal].[h2.decimal].[h3.decimal]
    • and so on...

Where 'Chapter' would be your desired prefix (this can differ per heading if you want).
