As of Zabbix 3.0 which was released 2016-02-16 there is support for encryption. More details can be found in their documentation: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.2/manual/encryption

As JMole are using ZabbixJ to implement the support for Zabbix I opened an issue for it to support encryption. When it's implemented JMole will also implement it.
