Publishing non-SNAPSHOT versions

Hi Axel,

I've been building a library on top of matheclipse. After not having worked on it for a while, I found that due to API changes in the latest SNAPSHOT my library broke. It would be great if you could publish artifacts with a stable identifier from time to time, so that one can depend on that and be more flexible regarding when to upgrade to the newest version of matheclipse.

At the moment IMO it's necessary to refactor the code from time to time. So I cannot ensure API stability.
