Remove #ifdef NOGLEW. The option to compile without GLEW was there to allow the tutorials to run on GPUs that are not OpenGL 2.0 compatible, but support enough to run them anyway, such as Intel 945GM. It is easier to use "glewExperimental = true;" if necessary.

Add a simple ray casting method to the object selection tutorial. We need to find two points on the ray determined by the mouse cursor position. We know that every camera ray goes through the center of the camera, so that is one point. We can get another point by unprojecting the mouse cursor coordinates with any depth value. Allow voxel selection using a ray casting algorithm. This is a very naive implementation that just walks in small steps from the eye position to the direction you are looking at, and tests for a solid block at every step. It doesn't require the ability to query the depth buffer.
