Issue panel with instant expressions

It should be possible to define expressions for issue panel.

For beginning expression panel to be shown basing on search filter, i.e. expression panel will be displayed on issues that match filter, as configured by columns preset (see Issue#1)

Later, configured separately by plugin admin, similarly to issue fields schemas.
