Lambda App for JIRA is Atlassian Connect App (App) Software as a Service (SaaS).

Privacy Policy

The App does not store any End-User data

Data Security

The App is static, i.e. all data (specifically search results) is requested and processed by app client side in End User Browser and is not passed anywhere else.

Here is the list of JIRA REST API used:

• /rest/api/2/search - issues and time tracking data.
• /rest/api/2/filter/favourite - filters for Filter reports' option.

Note, App declares READ scope to access data as just described. And WRITE scope to persist configuration for dashboard gadgets.

Note, add-on logging service uses Papertrail to log execution stack trace and cause details in case of unexpected internal error.
