Hi Brian,

Big fan of jose4j, I'm a long time user, first time reporter - I noticed the CompactSerializer.serialize() unnecessarily throws a JoseException.

Does it make sense to remove the JoseException?

fixed with 6dff119 and CompactSerializer.serialize() no longer throws unnecessary JoseException
