seeing more and more of this Use Explicit Typing https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-oauth-jwt-bcp-06#section-3.11 starting to come up so it might be nice to have an easy way to indicate the expected type to check for when setting up a JWT consumer

done with 187de2b12ef068e65236456dfefaedf2bd36dfb5 that now has e.g.,
.setExpectedType(true,"at+jwt")on JwtConsumerBuilder
