Consider creating a sub-project for SD-JWT

As far as I understand, SD-JWT is quite close to the JWS format. Perhaps, most of jose4j JWS support code can be used for supporting SD-JWT, in a dedicated sub-project or module

I do have some familiarity with SD-JWT[1] and my current plan is to integrate support directly into this library. Work for that has started (in fits and starts) on the sd-jwt branch.
