Questions on Phenotype file input format

Hi there,

Thanks for FAST. We are planning to use it in our analysis. One small glitch with regards to phenotype file, what if our study is not a family based and how will the format will be. Because in the format section it mentions that the file should contain mandatory 6 lines with Family id, maternal and paternal id.

For unrelated individuals, I think you can just give each individual a unique family id and maternal and paternal ids.
