DNG not converting entire spanned RAW sequence

Tim Ferguson created an issue

MRV was converting RAW to DNG across spanned files (RAW/R00/R01/...) fine, but has stopped. It now only converts the first file. The entire sequence displays in the viewer, however.

    Should be fixed by c22511934cad46770001b05f095598a4e9722ab6

    I don't think was about the multiple files, but rather about missing frames from the end of some of the files. This could cause the export to fail.

    In case you are using Linux, please check out the latest code and test the fix. Otherwise wait for the next binary release.
