Browser scroll wheel behaviors incorrect for Mac

On Mac, rolling the mouse wheel or gesturing up should scroll the page up. Within the browser, the page currently goes down. That would be correct for Windows, but not Mac.

Also, scrolling up/down moves the currently highlighted thumbnail. That's not right for a viewport on any platform, as wheeling should only move content within the viewport.
