Different readings shutter

Why ACR shows the shutter speed 1 / 45s, and with MlRawViewer 1/48 In Magic Lanter menu shows 1/50 Canon menu of course also 1/50 If shooting in 25fps, then I need to 1/50 was. What to believe? And how to make 1/50?
