Shifted Audio is lost during batch

I record all my audio on a separate device and so need to shift them with V-B-N-M keys to be in sync with the video in MLRawViewer. This works perfectly... However, if I go through all the files in a folder and sync them all and then press the C key to render all the clips in that folder the shifted audio information is not read in. It seems that the audio is shifted for all files to whatever the current audio shift is on screen.

I've just found this out after a 3-hour batch export of around 20 clips. Doh! :-)

It would be great if the folder batch export would read in the individual audio "slip" information per file to prevent this problem.
