Batch export does not read individual In-Out points or Audio shift data

Going through each clip in a folder to set In-Out points for export takes time but it's worth it to save disk space. However, the In-Out points are not taken into account during batch export.

How to replicate (Assuming you have a folder with 2 or more clips):

1. Open each file and set different in-out points for export
2. Press "C" to batch export all files in the folder
3. The resulting exported files are full-length

The same problem with audio sync shifting. It is ignored during batch export.
