hot-pixel removing preprocess pass is correcting too many false hot pixel

I've tested MlRawViewer_1_3_3_win32 and MlRawViewer_1_4_3_win32, I've found that the "0 - Toggle stripe/hot-pixel removing preprocess pass" is correcting many false positive hot pixels.

See the attached 200% crop, please do a flip compare in image viewer app to better see the difference.

Can you make the stripe removal and hot pixel removal as two separate process? It would be better for the user to choose if they need hot pixel removal.

Stripe removal on the other hand is working much better than MLV_Dump on 5D2 MLV, thanks for that.
