Audio track sync and encode

It should be possible to load an audio track matching a video, either from the MLV file (using mlv_snd module), recorded by the Camera in parallel, or made with an external recorder like a Zoom H1.

It should be possible to sync the audio track, e.g. find the start tone manually or automatically.

It should be possible to hear the audio while the video is playing.

It should be possible to encode the audio along with the video to the output file.
