Broken/missing frame correction

Sometimes RAW/MLV files have broken or missing frames.

Some broken frame appear to be due to write addresses getting corrupted, which can cause the frame to be offset, or demosaiced on the wrong offset.

There should be a feature allowing these frame to be fixed as best possible - tweaking the offset, and/or copying some data from previous/later frames.
