Can't Nudge Audio Past begining

I can't v/b the audio back past the beginning of the clip. But I can n/m it past the end or push it back after pushing it forward. Problem is that the audio is a few frames too fast so I can't sync it until I do so in an NLE.

Currently the audio cannot start after the video, e.g. you cannot insert silence at the start.

This was motivated by my own work flow with seperate external files that I always start recording before starting video.

However it just needs a little more handling to insert silence in this case, which I will do.
