AMaZE shows some colour artifacts

Bright scenes look ok to me, but very dark scenes seem to show random bright coloured spots.

    Get rid of colour artifiacts with CPU demosaicing

    Change the scaling of log data fed to demosaicer to avoid colour artifacts at low levels, without introducing more colour fringes at high-level constrast boundaries.
