Stops Endcoding when mac display goes to sleep

Issue #76 new
Joakim Poromaa created an issue

Have had this issue in 1.1.5 and 1.1.6. Whenever encoding a que the encoding stops after a while if the screen is put to sleep. (Even if power savings is set to never put hard disks to sleep or enable power nap). Ideally it would be possible to have computer display set in sleep during encoding (or maybe this is only a problem for "slow" people like macbook air owners :). The encoding also seem to stop if window is placed behind another window (some other program).

Don't know exactly how OSX works but this talks about it: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8460033/what-is-the-correct-way-to-prevent-sleep-on-os-x

Macbook air (2012) - OSX 10.9.3

Workaround: Set power savings to "never" and keep MLRawViewer in front.

Thanks for the links to the API. I will need to see if there is a way I can make a call to that function from Python at all.
