High quality GPU demosaicer needed

AMaZE is good quality, but it has a couple of major issues.

1) It's CPU based and cannot be moved to GPU. It's also very CPU intensive, so frames rates are limited even on very powerful machines.

2) 5d3 and crop modes don't benefit much from its aliasing reduction.

A new GPU based high quality demosaicer should be added to allow faster ProRes conversion, and maybe also better quality viewing.
