ProRes encode speed limited by ffmpeg encoder

Ffmpeg prores_ks codec is currently single threaded in fixed qscale mode (fastest mode). This limits the. Max encode frame rate.

A workaround for this would be to encode different sections in parallel and join the results with the concat codec. This should scale with HW threads.
