MOV conversion confusing (Mac)

It's unclear how it's supposed to work.
- Do I need to "+" a RAW file before I can convert it? How would I know?
- Where will the file be placed? Can I set the path?
- Conversion status went to .09% and it stopped
- Clicked 'record' again and it continued.
- I can toggle 'record' during conversion and it doesn't seem to care. Is this ok?
Changing the intensity of a (red) color is insufficient status feedback. Relative intensity is only discernible if you have just previously seen the alternate color. Upon returning to the UI after some time, you can't tell if the red is the bright or dark variation. I suggest clear symbology or language.

"Record" button removed in 1.2.3 to avoid confusion. Also tool tips should help guide the user to the + button.

The default state in 1.2.2 is that the export queue processing is active. The record button is only now used for pausing the export processing.
The most likely short term change is that the record button will be removed and become a keyboard option only to avoid distracting users who do not understand there is a queue which does not necessarily need to be processed immediately.
