No OS config directory created

The .mlrawviewer directory no longer gets created.

In addition to this the lut folder inside of it does not get created either.

Both of these stop the program from running. (With an OSError [Errno 2] for the latter).

The .mlrawviewer/lut drectory is probably a temporary approach anyway.

It's most likely to be replaced by a mechanism for importing 1D and 3D .cube LUT files, which will then be stored in a single binary python pickle file (should be smaller and much faster to load)
