Dng sequence makes mlraviewer completely go black

hello, when i load a special dng sequence into mlrawviewer the program window goes completely black. no menus anymore.

The CDNG FrameRate tag reports a frame rate of 0/1000 which causes a divide by zero error.
Whichever tool generated those didn't do a great job in this case, although of course MlRawViewer should handle this case somehow. Currently it only handles the case of there being no tag - not one with a zero value.
