Crash in Win7 after choosing .raw file

This issue begins in v1.1.6. mlrawviewer.exe runs, allowing user to choose a video file. Once the file is chosen, program crashes. See log entries for v1.1.6 and v1.2.3:

This is on a Win7 machine with Intel HD Graphics 4000 (driver version 10.18.10.3496). Versions prior to v1.1.6 ran fine (both precompiled binaries from developer and built on the machine in question.

Disregard this issue. Newest display drivers from Intel seem to have fixed the problem.
