Kappa Improvements

1. Change acquisition functions to take Kappa as an argument
2. Allow using either 1 kappa strategy for every surrogate optima, or a separate kappa strategy for each optima (may already be done)

Done in db2ed26. Not very useful yet since only 1 surrogate optima is currently supported in find_query_points().
