CADD score 1.5

I am trying to run OncodriveFML on hg38. The default caddpack is version 1.0, and I found that only cadd 1.4 and 1.5 support hg38. So I am wondering how can I update the caddpack?

We have not been able to create a caddpack version of cadd 1.4 or 1.5. You need to download the CADD tabix scores yourself and update your configuration appropriately as indicated in the documentation: https://oncodrivefml.readthedocs.io/en/2.0.3/configuration.html#score (remember to set the format to tabix)
