Server HTTP failure to get reference genome
Hi, I’m trying to run oncodrivefml on my university cluster and am running into this error:
bgdata.errors.TagNotFound: Tag master for package datasets/genomereference/hg19 not found (HTTPSConnectionPool(host='bbglab.irbbarcelona.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /bgdata/datasets/genomereference/hg19.master?f508536c550a5f78fe15dc7b14e66d (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x7faa5b070da0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused')))
Which appears to be a an issue with the object on the server, since I am able to establish a TCP connection on that port from the same machine.
I should also note that I had the same error come up for downloading the CADD score files from your server at first, but avoided that problem by supplying my own CADD file. Is there a way to input a local reference genome to this function to avoid this server download as well?
