Water ritual journal entries don't show the creature's full title

I think sometime recently a change was made to some journal entries so effects wouldn’t show up or something? But in doing so, these entries no longer show the full titles of the creatures (e.g. Lulihart instead of Lulihart, hindren pariah; Shug’ruith instead of [pink text] Girsh Shug’ruith the Burrower).
