Glotrot cannot be cured while you hold your tongue in your inventory

I tried to cure my glotrot, first with the in-game cure and then console commands, neither of which worked. What fixed it was dropping my severed tongue from my inventory, but it was pretty annoying and didn’t seem like the intended functionality.

Though I’m not sure if it’s the tongue, retrying it. I also might have had to drink something after using the console command, too
