Allow completing the Tomb of the Eaters quest early again

A couple years ago, a small change was made to Herododicus to hide an important dialogue option if you don’t have the Mark of Death AND if you don’t have the Tomb of the Eaters quest. This is kind of disappointing and also unusual, for a few reasons:

It punishes experienced players who manage to tattoo themselves and reach the top early. Thematically, the player character doesn’t have to know about Brightsheol to want to be entombed, especially with how they’re implied to have Moon King Fever.
You can already skip everything in the main quest up to Earl of Omonporch by killing Asphodel, who gives you the quest on death and that advances Otho’s dialogue. As a longtime player I’ll be really sad if this is unintentional, as it’s a cool, hidden way to skip parts of the main quest I am all too familiar with at this point (though the dialogue choices involving the data disks should probably be added to Q-Girl’s “who are you” dialogue, even if the Pax Klanq quest (thankfully, because I forgot to get it once) doesn’t actually require you to have the climber blueprint).
The player character is already kind of omniscient, even outside of game-y situations. For example, you can mention Ptoh and how the Seekers of the Sightless Way hunt espers to Tau, even if you have never read anything related. The dialogue choice with Rainwater Shomer mentioning the recorded signal could easily be skipped (just go from Salum1 to Salum3).

I’d love if the quest prerequisite was removed, or even if the change was reverted entirely; if your character is so crazy that they can just waltz in and survive the cherubim gauntlet, it wouldn’t be farfetched for them to demand to be entombed without the mark. They can already trick Herododicus into thinking they’re Resheph, after all. It also shouldn’t be a big deal to add a couple extra lines of dialogue if things need to make more sense.
