Random quest to find Item at Place generated different item at Place and location quest not completed at entering spot.

In the attached save, quest was created to find “The Channels of Nappa” and recover Foreignacus Oozesgift. Going to that location does not complete the first part of the quest and descending to the bottom, one finds “Foreign Edge of the Channels of Nappa”…
