<Evilgamer> tinkered some grenades, when I returned to the game an enemy had appeared and killed me (twice I guess, given I had reactive trauma), never got a turn. Actually even worse than that now that I think about it, I also had food effect active to teleport < 20% health, so nothing triggered and I never got a turn
