Proposal: add confirmation for apply polygel

I occasionally go to apply polygel then have a thought to look at the thing I want to duplicate by pressing ‘l’. Of course this immediately applies the polygel to whatever is in the ‘l’ row. Maybe just my carelessness but since it’s a very rare item it’s sad to waste.
