<exsanguination microtubules> Here is a save file that can reproduce the helping hands equip bug: https://easyupload.io/ldq2ve. I equipped helping hands only one level ago after finding them in a flaming tar pit area of the desert. I saved and reloaded a few times between when I first equipped them and where this save now picks up. I have never taken them off in this save file. But you'll notice if you load the save and take them off, the robo-arms aren't removed, and you can put them back on to get a second set of robo-arms.
