Annoying noise in Yd lower strata

An irritating buzzing sound is happening almost every round under Yd which also causes turns to take an unnecessarily long time. I think it’s coming from the regeneration tank but I’m not sure. Save attached.

I figured out that it’s the sound of the capacitor for the regen tank charging. I ran wire to plug it in, and the charging sound plays constantly even when it is at 100%. Perhaps it should not make a sound or the sound should at least stop at 100% charge. It’s also possible that the tank is uncharging when attached to power lines that aren’t powered. Perhaps this all explains why the regen tank is not plugged in. Sorry for the play by play!

seems to be the noise of the convalessence trying to freeze

Well I accidentally exploded the tank, and when I repaired it the sound went away. It was not damaged prior however. ¯\(ツ)/¯
