<kernelmethod> Spiral borers do not work correctly on the central trunk of Eyn Roj. You can activate one inside the trunk on the surface (first picture), which will create a down-stair to strata 1. But a corresponding up-stair isn't constructed on level 1, nor are further down-stairs to strata 2+
