<secretgame> I don't believe that this is a bug, but I wanted to raise awareness that it's possible: My character died because the final level of Golgotha apparently generated with a hole in it. When the conveyor belt carried them into the usual chute at depth 4, they dropped to depth 6 instead of depth 5 and instantly died due to ~150 falling damage.
