Overburdened in a gelatinous wedge; hard to melee wedge

I’m stuck in a wedge. When I try to auto attack, it says I’m overburdened. When I try to move it says I’m overburdened. I can still attack myself inside the wedge. To get to the wedge, I have to select myself, riffle through the stack until I get to the wedge, and attack from the context menu.
