<lazrfloyd> Completed Decoding the Signal, ran around to a bunch of locations then returned and Otho had the same dialogue, allowing me to complete Decoding the Signal a second time (primary.sav). I then went to the map and wandered for a bit then came back and now Otho is nowhere to be found (primary2.sav)?
