<Ashe, Legendary Lunar Regent> Is it intentional that the drops on death of tonics are reduced due to technically being dart ammo in the same way other ammo is? It mostly doesn't matter as it doesn't effect stacks of 5 or less, but a few edge cases such as legendary seekers will run into this limitation.
